4. Billing and Payments

  • All services are billed in advance based on the billing cycle chosen.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Service Availability and Uptime

  • Xenox Servers aims to provide reliable hosting services with a target of 99.9% uptime.

  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

  • We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party failures, or customer misconfigurations.


8. Customer Support

  • Xenox Servers provides 16 hours of daily customer support through email and support tickets.

  • Support is available during posted business hours and excludes major holidays.

  • We strive to respond to queries promptly, but response times may vary depending on ticket volume and issue complexity.


9. Data Security and Backups

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

  • Xenox Servers may provide backup services as an add-on, but these are not guaranteed.

  • We cannot be held liable for data loss caused by hardware failures, accidental deletions, or customer mismanagement.


10. Suspension and Termination

Xenox Servers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Fail to make timely payments.

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

Once terminated, all files, data, and services associated with the account may be permanently deleted.

  • Our total liability for claims related to services will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.
