2. Hosting Services

  • Payments for shared hosting, VPS hosting, and cloud hosting plans are final.

  • Cancellation of a hosting service before the end of the billing cycle will not result in a refund or credit.

  • Customers may continue using the service until the end of their billing term after cancellation.


3. Domain Registrations and Transfers

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once a domain is registered, the process is irreversible under ICANN regulations, even if the customer no longer wishes to use the domain.

4. SSL Certificates and Add-ons
