Customers using email hosting or mailing features provided by Xenox Servers must comply with anti-spam and communication guidelines:

  • No Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam campaigns, or phishing emails is strictly prohibited.

  • Email Limits: Customers must respect sending limits outlined in their hosting plan.

  • Malware Distribution: Sending attachments containing viruses or malware is prohibited.

  • Abuse Reports: Any complaints regarding email misuse must be addressed promptly by the customer.


5. Security Requirements

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and applications. This includes:

  • Using strong, unique passwords and changing them regularly.

  • Keeping all software, CMS platforms, plugins, and themes updated.

  • Not sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons.

  • Installing appropriate security plugins or tools for websites and applications.

  • Immediately notifying Xenox Servers of suspected security breaches.

Failure to follow these requirements may result in service suspension.


6. Domain Usage

Domains registered or hosted with Xenox Servers must not be used for:

  • Hosting fraudulent or deceptive websites (e.g., phishing pages).

  • Misleading or impersonating brands, companies, or individuals.

  • Selling domains for illegal purposes.


7. Fair Usage Policy

Xenox Servers operates under a Fair Usage Policy to ensure services remain stable and efficient for all customers. Customers may not:

  • Consume resources in a manner that disrupts service for others.

  • Use shared hosting accounts as file storage repositories or for non-web-related purposes.

  • Run heavy applications on shared environments that should instead be on VPS or cloud hosting.

10. Limitation of Liability

Xenox Servers is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences that arise from violations of this AUP by customers. The customer is fully responsible for their actions, websites, and content hosted on our platform.


11. Updates to This Policy

Xenox Servers may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
